Thank you for supporting Squidle's Custom! Every tumbler is handmade and created specifically for you.

Because custom tumblers are personalized items, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can help make it right.

Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase if work has not started on your order.
